What this covers

These terms apply to the Voicverg desktop application and this website. Using either means you accept them. If you do not, stop using them.

Your account

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including credit spent on it. Tell us if you think somebody else has got in.

Credit

Credit is prepaid time, priced per minute at the rate shown when you buy. It is metered while voice conversion is running. It does not expire and it has no cash value. Purchases are final once credit has been added, because the credit is available to spend immediately. If something went wrong with a payment, write in and it will be sorted out.

How you may use it

You may use Voicverg for calls, streaming, recording, content, games and anything else where you are being yourself with a different voice.

You may not use it to:

• pretend to be a specific real person in order to deceive somebody
• commit fraud, including any attempt to defeat voice authentication
• harass, threaten, or abuse anyone
• clone a voice you do not own without that person's permission
• break the law where you are

Accounts found doing any of the above are suspended, and remaining credit is forfeit.

Voice models you train

Training happens on your computer and your recordings stay there. You are responsible for having the right to use whatever audio you train on. Recording someone in order to clone their voice, without asking them, is not something this product is for.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. It can go down, and features can change. Conversion runs on your machine, so a short outage here does not delete anything of yours, though you will not be able to start a new session while it is down.

Ending it

You can stop using Voicverg at any time. We can close an account that breaks these terms. Unused credit on an account closed for a breach is not refunded.
